  Been living here for the past 6 months. Quiet neighborhood. I like the scenic duck pond located in the middle of apartment buildings. Apartments are spacious and no big complaints. As other reviewers mentioned, parking IS a pain here. But, if you're willing to pay $50 for a carport and ready to walk a few mins to get to your car, this can be overlooked. Maintenance is prompt and we had good experience with them addressing few issues that we complained. Our overall experience is positive so far !
