  Buyer beware. I drop off my kirby and paid $99 for a new electric cord and to have it cleaned. Service was done. I took home the vacuum to store away. When i went to use it I notice that there was hair in the brushes. I inspect the vacuum and realized it was not clean at all. Nothing like paying for service NOT render.
